ClinStar staff is committed to maximizing your study’s scientific integrity and data quality, and we hold ourselves accountable. A majority of our business comes from repeat clients who have been satisfied with the quality of our work. Because of our high enrollment rate, we have been audited more than the average CRO. We have had more than 160 site audits since our inception in 2000. Not surprisingly, all results have been positive, in part, because we invest a lot of time training our investigators and our CRAs.

We dedicate more time training at the beginning of a study to make sure that Investigators and their staff fully understand the protocol and requirements of the study. By doing so, ClinStar prevents critical mistakes, saving you time and money.
Due to the fact that 95 percent of our CRAs and project managers are either medical doctors or PhD-level scientists, our monitoring is carried out with a professionalism that is not often seen within the industry. This leads to better relationships with the Investigators and a marked improvement in quality.
Most importantly, we hold ourselves accountable using in-house auditors to inspect at least one site in every study we manage. We make sure everyone keeps to our high quality standards.
