Our experienced and professional team assures operational success of your study.
Having experienced and dedicated staff is a key to the success of any project. We employ over 180 clinical research professionals, including Project Managers, Clinical Research Associates, Project Administrators and Medical Monitors. Unlike in the Western CROs, almost all of our Project Managers and CRAs medical doctors or PhD-level scientists, or both. All our CRAs and project managers are full-time employees of ClinStar; we do not use contractors.
Our locally based teams reside in major cities in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. In addition, our people are strategically spread out across the regions to efficiently cover our large geography.
